Resources to support your childcare needs as a student and parent.

You don't need to navigate this alone. Anoka-Ramsey Community College Counselors are available to meet with students who need assistance with mental health or basic needs issues.

Anoka County Community Action Program

Anoka County operates a Child Care Assistance program that helps families pay for child care so that parents can work, attend school or look for a job. This program is supported by state and federal funds.

Free preschool for eligible families.

Anoka Hennepin Schools ECFE

Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) offers classes, events, playtimes and other opportunities designed to give families information, ideas and skills to support their child's growth and development from birth to kindergarten.

Child Care Assistance – Isanti County

Your child needs to be well cared for while you are at work or going to school; and as a parent or guardian it is equally important to choose quality, affordable child care.
Minnesota’s Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) can help to make quality child care affordable for income-eligible families. All families will have a co-payment based on their gross income and family size.

Minnesota State Post-Secondary Child Care Program

This program helps low-income students with young children pay for child care while the student attends classes. Funds are limited and are awarded on a first-come basis.
