After completing your Orientation & Registration and enrolling in your courses, please review the following items to ensure you're fully prepared for the start of the semester.

  • Note: PSEO and International students do not need to complete the FAFSA.

    1. Complete the FAFSA:

      • How to apply for financial aid.
      • If you are starting classes in Summer 2025 ensure you complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA.
      • If you are starting classes in Fall 2025 ensure you complete the 2025-2026 FAFSA.
    2. Check Your FAFSA Status:

      • Log into your eServices account and click on the “Financial Aid” tab.
      • Ensure the correct semester is listed.
      • Work on the remaining steps until you reach the "Disbursement of Funds/Student Account" step.
    3. Questions or Issues? Contact the Financial Aid Office:

    4. Disbursement:

      • Your financial aid will be disbursed on the third Tuesday of the semester.
  • Note: PSEO students do not need to make payment arrangements.

    You must complete one of the following payment options by the payment deadline:

  • Order your textbooks and other course materials through the Campus Store.

    Books will be available for ordering on the following dates:

    • Summer 2025 - May 12, 2025 
    • Fall 2025 - August 4, 2025
  • Request Your Student Photo ID Electronically

    1. Ensure Registration:

      • You must be registered for the semester in which you are requesting your ID.
    2. Submit Your Photo:

      • Take a recent photo of yourself following the guidelines below.
      • Complete the Photo ID Request eform and attach your photo.
    3. Processing and Delivery:

      • Once we receive your request, we will process and prepare your ID card.
      • Your ID will be mailed to the home/mailing address in your student record.
      • Please allow approximately 10 business days for delivery.

    Electronic Photo Submission Guidelines:

    • Photo Requirements:

      • Recent color photo of head and shoulders only (typically taken 3-5 feet away).
      • Smile naturally.
      • No other people or objects in the background.
      • Photo should be taken in good lighting with no shadows or bright spots.
      • Face and shoulders should be forward and centered.
      • Photo orientation should be forward and level.
      • Save the photo as a .jpg file.
    • Photos Will Be Rejected If They Contain:

      • Someone other than yourself (e.g., animals, babies, parents, inanimate objects).
      • Sunglasses, hats, or other items obstructing the face or hair.
      • Tilted heads, selfies, or glamour shots.
      • Comical photos or gestures.
      • Backgrounds that are not plain, solid white, or dark colors.
      • Group photos.
      • Low-quality, dark, or overexposed photos.
      • Shirts with profanity or derogatory verbiage.
